Take aways… despite the usual summer slow-down, the market is still hot and almost every neighborhood is showing historical highs. September inventory availability usually picks up, but so do the amount of buyers who get back in after vacations and getting the kids back to school. I expect a frenzied pace between no and the end of the calendar year.
