Like most of the Bay Area, San Mateo County market place continued the torrid pace of previous years. Here are quick take aways from 2018…
Days on Market remained about the same showing that inventory is still constrained. To that end, Median Home Prices rose to $1,580,000 versus $1,437,500 in 2017 showing us that buyers must remain aggressive.
The Percentage of List Price Received was 109% overall, showing that we still have a very competitive marketplace. Municipalities that showed that largest percentage of list price received in 2018 were South San Francisco at 113%, Pacifica at 112%, Millbrae at 113% and Daly City at 115%.
