SINGLE FAMILY HOMES

  • Days on Market were 42% longer in January 2016 than the median average in 2015.
  • Sales prices also saw a 14% dip.
  • Price per Square Foot was also adversely affected.
  • While median prices exceeded the list price, they did so at a lower rate in January 2016.
  • Months of inventory rose again above one month after sitting at .7% in 2015.

CONDOS/TOWNHOMES

  • Condos faired better than SFR’s to some degree. Days on Market was50% more in January 2016 than the median average in 2015.
  • Sales prices also saw a 7% increase.
  • Price per Square Footand Median Sale Price were also slightly up by 3% and7%
  • Percentage of List Price Receivedweakened by 2%.
  • Months of inventory also went up 80% to almost a one-moth level.
